As you know, we are now in a strong buyer’s market in south Florida. For the most part, we are only seeing the most highly motivated sellers dropping their prices to make a deal happen, while the buyers are all looking for the best possible bargains in today’s market. Short Sales, Pre-foreclosures and Foreclosures are at record highs but the best deals have many other motivated buyers to compete against.
